Delivery time depends on the product’s availability, dispatch location and your delivery pin code. Enter your pin code on the product page to view the estimated delivery timeline for your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email so that you can follow the shipment’s progress.

• Clear photos of the damaged bicycle
• Photos of the outer carton or packaging
• A continuous unboxing video showing the package and bicycle
• Your invoice or order confirmation

Once the information is verified, ChooseMyBicycle may arrange a repair, replacement of the damaged part, replacement of the bicycle, refund or another suitable resolution, depending on the nature of the damage.
